season and Cut chicken breast in to strips, Sautee chicken in EVO with 1T sage until just done, remove from pan and reserve add chicken 2 cups stock deglaze reduce by half add a bit of wondra flour to thicken, grill asparagus separately, boil whole wheat pasta combine reserved chicken, sauce and asparagus spoon over pasta and top with pecorino romano
